Vendor Table Registration ($500) Includes:

  • Six-foot table, two chairs, table linens and power provided (it’s recommended to bring an extension cord)
  • One full-event registration
  • On-site display open for duration of the symposium, 7 a.m. until 6 p.m., in the main foyer of the event
  • Limited number of tables available

The vendor area is centrally located and open to all attendees throughout the day including morning check-in, morning break, lunch, afternoon break and happy hour, as well as during the breakout and keynote sessions.

Please note that only one event attendee is included with the vendor table registration, and additional attendees must be registered separately.  If you haven’t already registered, please email us at to receive your promotional code for your one free registration.

The vendor location is on the 3rd floor of the venue and all table materials must be hand carried into the venue.  If a cart is required, the venue’s union rules require that their staff must be used.  All displays must fit on a six-foot table, therefore no large machinery is allowed this year.
