Because the event registration is full, the vendor price has been slightly decreased, and lunch will not be available for the one included attendee. If you require more than one booth attendee, please email us at vendors@ColoradoTransportationSymposium.org to coordinate. Please see more details below.

Thank you to all of our 2024 vendor exhibitors, highlighted below!! If you are attending the event, be sure to visit their booths throughout the day!

• Six-foot table, two chairs, table linens and power provided (it’s recommended to bring an extension cord). (Please note, that Wi-Fi is not provided at the venue during the event).
• One event attendee (WITHOUT LUNCH) is included with the vendor table registration. Any additional attendees must register separately.
• On-site display open for the duration of the symposium, 7 a.m. until 6 p.m., in the main foyer/vendor area of the event. The vendor area is centrally located and open to all attendees throughout the day including morning check-in, morning break, lunch, afternoon break and happy hour, as well as during the breakout and keynote sessions.
• All table materials must be hand-carried to the venue. All displays must fit on a six-foot table therefore, no large machinery is allowed.
